Bergamo - Città Bassa

Normally, to say goodbye to summer, I have to show the pics from my summer holidays, but to maintain the chronology, we now travel to Bergamo at first. Because our main destination was Venice, but there were no cheap flights, we flew to Bergamo and stayed there just for two nights.

Unfortunatelly the weather was really bad, so the photos are not as beautiful as in sunlight and seem a bit grey (because obviously it was all grey-in-grey). The town has two parts, the lower city and the upper medieval town, which are connected by cable car. On our way to that, we walked through the lower city, where our appartment was situated. The lower town seems very elegant and clean, and has many beautiful old buildings and squares. The next day with the sun shining, it was, needless to say, even nicer.

Eigentlich sollte ich, um den Sommer zu verabschieden, zuerst meine Fotos aus dem Sommerurlaub zeigen, aber um die Chronologie nicht zu zerstören, gehts erstmal weiter nach Bergamo. Da unser Hauptziel zu meinem Geburtstag Venedig war, es aber keine günstigen Flüge dorthin gab, haben wir erst einen kurzen Zwischenstop in Bergamo gemacht. Wir waren auch nur einen Tag dort und leider hatten wir das Pech, dass es schön am regnen war. Dadurch sind die Fotos dann auch nicht so hübsch, wie bei Sonnenschein und alles sieht ziemlich grau aus. Die Stadt besteht aus zwei Stadtteilen, einer Unter- und einer mittelalterlichen Oberstadt, zu der man per Seilbahn gelangt. Auf dem Weg zu dieser sind dann auch die Fotos der Unterstadt entstanden. 

Outfit - By the Sea

Today I show you a summer outfit, before it is definitely too late for that. Actually it already is, because it's freezing outside, but I have to stop complaining, because fortunatelly we had some final hot days. But I feel like, as if some minutes ago, I swam in the sea, came out and I was handed over a wintercoat. And now I regret not taking advantage of the beautiful scenery of the sea in Italy and not taking more outfitpics. This one is quiet casual, as we had lunch in a restaurant by the sea. (And I even wear my bikini underneath:) I love these shorts from Parisian Collection, I found a while ago at Tk Maxx, because even though they are really short, I don't feel too naked, because of the fringes.

And do I have to mention, that Off the shoulder tops are THE trend of 2016? But because I almost saw all of the fashion shows for next summer,(follow me on Pinterest, where I collect my favorite looks) I know, that it will also be a trend next year. So I was really happy, when I found that top at Zara in the sale section.:)

Heute gibts noch schnell ein Sommeroutfit von mir, bevor es dafür endgültig zu spät ist. Eigentlich ist es das ja schon längst, denn es ist ja eisig draussen. Mir kommt es echt so vor, als käme ich grade aus dem Meer und mir wurde direkt ein Wintermantel in die Hand gedrückt. Naja, dafür hatten wir ja vor kurzem noch ein paar letzte heisse Tage, deshalb will ich mich mal nicht beschweren. Mir fällt aber auf, dass ich dieses Jahr viel zu wenig Outfits abfotografiert und die Kulisse des Meeres in Italien zu wenig genutzt hab. Hier waren wir mittags in einem Restaurant am Meer und deshalb ist es auch eher casual. Ich liebe diese Shorts von Parisian Collection, die ich, glaube ich, letztes Jahr bei Tk Maxx gefunden habe, denn obwohl sie sehr kurz ist, kommt man sich Dank der Fransen trotzdem angezogen vor. Off-the-shoulder Oberteile sind ja eh DER Trend des Jahres (und da ich schon die Kollektionen für nächsten Sommer gesehen habe, weiss ich, dass dies auch so bleiben wird( folge mir auf Pinterest, wo ich alle meine Lieblingslooks sammel)) und da war ich umso froher, dass ich noch dieses Top im Sale bei Zara ergattern konnte.

Gardaland

Hi!

The last day at Lake Garda, we spent at the Gardaland, the biggest amusement park in Italy. It was actually on our to-do list our entire stay, but as always, we didn't manage to go there early, so we postponed it to the last day. Normally I never wanted to ride roller coasters, because I was always too scared, but after my boyfriend went on very single one alone, I was too curious. So we started with the most harmless and worked our way up. And..it was soooo much fun. I could have never ever imagined, that I would like it that much!:) So what do you learn from that? Try to fight your fear and try out new things, because you can never tell, if you like or hate something, if you haven't experienced it yourself.

Den letzten Tag am Gardasee verbrachten wir dann im Gardaland, dem größten Freizeitpark Italiens, der eigentlich schon den gesamten Aufenthalt auf unserer To-do-Liste stand. Eigentlich war ich nie der Achterbahnfan, aber auch nur, weil ich mich vorher nie getraut habe, es einfach auszuprobieren. Da mein Freund aber dann zuerst alleine alle Bahnen angetestet hat, hab ich mich dann überwunden und wir haben uns dann von der "Einfachsten" bis zur "Krassesten" hochgearbeitet.;) Und siehe da, ich liebe es! :) Was lernt man daraus? Manchmal muss man einfach seine Angst überwinden und Neues ausprobieren, denn wie kann man Vermutungen anstellen, wenn man eine Sache noch nie erlebt hat.

Gardaland Outfits

When I travel, the most important thing for me is comfort, because who wants to visit something and only have your outfit in mind, if it's annoying. At home most of the time I just wear Jeans and Tshirts and that's also the perfect outfit for a theme park. We just travelled with handluggage and it's always so difficult for me to just pick a few pieces, because I always want to have enough choices. I'm a person who dresses depending their my mood, so I can't prepare outfits in advance. But I reduce by just taking a few bottom pieces in neutral colours, like that grey jeans I wore that day, which go with everything.

In allusion to Disneyland, I picked a Snow White Shirt from Tally Weijl.:) 

And I also have to praise my boyfriends outfit, because he fits perfectly into the scene, like a chameleon.

Beim Reisen achte ich natürlich auch auf Bequemlichkeit, denn wer will schon etwas besichtigen und ständig nur sein Outfit im Hinterkopf haben. In meiner Freizeit trage ich auch fast immer Jeans und Tshirt und dies ist dann auch das richtige Outfit für einen Freizeitpark, denn den letzten Tag am Gardasee verbrachten wir im Gardaland, einer der größten Parks in Italien.

Wenn man nur mit Handgepäck reist, ist es natürlich schwer, sich für nur so wenig Kleidungsstücke zu entscheiden und da sind Unterteile in neutralen Farben, die man mit allem kombinieren kann,natürlich sehr sinnvoll. Deshalb trage ich hier auch wieder meine graue Jeans, und in Anspielung auf das Disneyland, ein Snow White Tshirt von Tally Weijl. Mein Freund fügte sich aber auch, wie ein Chamäleon, mit seinem Outfit in die bunten Kulissen ein.
